H1B Visa Transfer - URGENT

Hi,

I am in L1 Visa and working for a company A for past 3 years till today. And I got a H1B Visa from company B recently and that is active from Oct 1, 2005. But I got an offer from company C, for a fulltime job. The company C ready to do the H1 Transfer.

1. Can I transfer my H1-B with out any pay stubs from company B to C ?
2. Will my current paystubs & the W2 forms from Company A, help to transfer my new H1-B to Company C ?

Please advice me !!!

Till the time that you get onto the payroll of B, you will not be their employee nor will the H1B get activated.

Since you are not joining B, you are still on L1 in which case there is no question of H1 Transfer (to C).
