H1B Visa Transfer/Extension Denial

Hello,

I have come to US in March 2005 through company 'X' and at POE I got I-94 until OCT 2006 (visa is valid until then). After sometime I have joined new employer 'Y' and they have applied for my visa extension/transfer and it got approved. After working there (with 'Y') for few days, I left that because of some personal reasons and finally joined 'Z'. The company 'Z' has applied for my visa extension/transfer and I started working for them since my petition got filed. But due to some reasons, my new employer 'Z' got a query from the CIS and they had denied my visa transfer/extension.

This is where the original problem has started and making me "out of status". Immediately another new employer has applied a new visa for me and it got approved with I-94 (remember this is a new visa). I want to let you know that my new employer informed CIS about my visa denial also.

My question is, still I need to go out of country and come back with new I-94 (my visa is valid until OCT 2006, though it is from my old employer 'X') or can start working for new employer as, CIS has granted me the new visa with valid I-94 or should go home country and get stamped with new visa?

Your answer is very reliable to me. Appreciate your help in advance.

Thanks,
ASetty
