I am a valid L1B visa Holder till may 2011.
My company (Company A) got accured 3 years back by another Company B.
Even though the company accured by B; till recent time (4 months before) Company A and Company B had independent control on the administration and HR ploices except for the top level management decisions from company B.
last year company A applied an H1B vias and which got approved. But the same is not stamped till date.
Last month Company B had complete merger; and all the employees of company A is officially transfered (provied appionment letter) and currently I am employee of Company B.
Can I still use/transfer the previous approved H1B vias (but not stamped) from company A? if yes, what should i do?
