Hey Everyone.
My fiance' has got her H1B visa effective October 2006.She has got another job and her new employer has applied for H1B transfer yesterday and obviously we haven/t received the receipt number as yet.
We are leaving for India on 29th December, and the visa revalidatio date is on January 12th,2007.
If we wait for her H1B transfer receipt and she joins her new job around 10th December, then she will NOT have enough time between 10th December and 29th december to get 2 paystubs from her new employer.
We have heard that 2 paystubs are required for our appointment with the US COnsulate in New Delhi.However, on the vfs usa website, I see that only a letter from current employer verifying employment is required.If she carries a letter from her current employer stating she is working with them and only ONE paystub, is it sufficient ?
Please advise, per your experience and information
