My cousin tried to get a Vistors visa to US from Channai consulate, and it got rejected THREE times. Reason because she is unmarried and has good qualifications. The immigration office felt that she is a potential immigrant.
Now she has a job offer from US and has the H1B Visa document.
Will there be a problem if she goes to stamp the Visa, given the background that her visitor's visa request was rejected earlier.
Please advise.
