I changed my employer 6 months ago , but haven\'t left the country yet.
My previous company visa is still valid till Jan 2003.
I got the H1 papers for my new company but no stampng on the passport.
If I go to Canada/Mexico and ask for the consulate there for the new stamping, will I be able to get it stamped.
I understand from a web site that a new regulation has been passed on regarding this from April 2002 onwards.
Any suggestions/experience in this regard welcome.
