I am in U.S. for more than 3 years. I have extended my visa in May 2005 and then transferred for 2 times.
I didn't go for stamping yet. Now I want to visit INDIA so should I go to India for stamping or if I go to Canada that should be OK?
I don't have U.S. educational degree but I do have Master's in computer science degree from INDIA.
Your suggestions/experiences will be appreciated.
