H1B Visa stamping & travelling out of US

I was working for Company A on H1B and the visa stamping is valid till September 2006. Recently I changed my employer to company B & have approved H1 (but no stamping yet).

If I have to travel to India & come back (before Sep 06), do I need to get the stamping done. Alternatively, can I use the stamping (of company A) and show new H1 papers to immigration authorities at the port of entry.

Please advice.

As long as you have a valid stamping in your passport while you enter, I think you can still enter US without any problem.

I have done similar way in 2001.

I dont think there is any problem as long as the rules have not been changed (which I doubt)
