I am from from India
I entered US on J1 Research visa which was waived and than i recently got approved for H1B visa
I have never been out of status and i work for a university
My questions
Where should i go for H1B stamping Canada/Mexico and which consulate..is there a particular consulate which is safer and has better chances or not
What are the documents to be taken...i know the ones list on the NVARS website do i need anything else
If i go to mexico i have heard there is a company which help to cross the border and stuff ...can someone give that contact information
Should i fly or drive
Any tips for the interview
I am married and was wondering if i should take my wife with me or she can get it stamped (h4) in India as she is presently not working
I would appreciate help on any of the above questions
