H1B visa stamping issue- Urgent Help required --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi,
I have a situation as in where i arrived in US 2 months back on H4 and simultaneously had applied for my H1b for this year quota.
Now i have recieved my petition papers which says : "Status Consulate or POE H1b mumbai" My concern is
1. Do i need to go to Go to india(Mumbai) to get the visa stamped.
2. Go outside of USA and get the visa stamped. (People usually do that in Canada)
3. Get the status changed while being in usa itself.
4. Or Start working as of now and then later on get the Visa stamped?
