I am planning to go to Vancouver for stamping of H1B. I have my I-140 approved and I am in the 7th year of H1B. Also, this is the first time in 7 years that I am going for stamping. Can there be any issue due to the fact that I have not gone for the visa stamping for so long?
Also, I have lost my original I-94, but I have my H1B I-797s that have an attached I-94. When I go for stamping, will it be negative if I do not have original I-94?
Please advise.
