I am a Physician working on H1B visa . My husband is on a H1B too. Both of us have valid H1B status but our visas have expired,we need to go to India next month and plan on going to Toronto to get Multiple entry visa.My husband does not have US degree but studied in a reputed institute in India,i do have a US degree. My husband applied thrice to washington D.C for a multiple entry revalidation last year but was not given the visa,the third time they put a stamp saying "cancelled without prejudice".
