H1B visa stamping in Kolkata?

Good morning,

I am planning to go to India (Kolkata) and getting may H1 visa stamped from there. I have an expired H1B stamp and so essentially this will be the 2nd H1B stamp. I did my MS and PhD from USA and now currently working here in USA. Can anybody out there please share his/her experience at the US consulate in Kolkata as far as getting H1B stamping is concerned?
