Folks,
My fiance' is currently on her H1B visa and has worked for more than a year. She has moved from 20hrs/week (part-time) to 40 hrs/week (full-time). She is currently changing her job and would need to get her visa stamped when we get back from India in December 1st week. However, the current dates available in Mumbai consulate is december 28th. She has a 3.5-year BS degree in Occupational Therapy and is currently working as a therapist. I have the following questions:
1. IS there a way to get an earlier date at the Mumbai consulate?
2. How risky is it to get the visa stamped in Canada with a 3.5-year degree?
I would greatly appreciate any comments, opinions or guidance. Thanks.
