H1B visa stamping after merger/acquisition

I have a H1B stamping from company A on my passport which expired Nov 2006. I transferred my H1B to company B and the petition is valid till Nov 2007. Company B was acquired by company C in May 2006.

I am planning to go for stamping in May to India, do I need any additional documents to show proof of merger ? The H1B petition which I have is from comapany B, so will that create problems for stamping ?

Will the new visa stamp bear company C's name or will it bear the name of company B which is there on the petition ?
