H1B Visa stamping after H1B Transfer - Please reply

Hi all,
I was working in company A and last 2 and half months I was not getting pay(stubs). Company B giving me the offer and ready to do H1B premium processing and asking me to go out of USA and come back with their H1 visa in my passport.
My question is " As I dont have recent paystubs with Company A, is there a probelm getting my new H1 stamped at a consulate outside USA?"

Even for H-1B transfer you need to show recent pay stubs. How recent? Depends on the lawyer submiting your case. Focus on the approval for H-1B transfer first.
