H1B visa stamp with PLC

Hello everybody,

I have an approved permanent labor certification (PLC) and am planning to get my H1B visa stamp abroad. This will be my first time stamping. Would the H1B visa stamp be at risk due to my approved PLC? Does anybody have experience with this? I would like to ask for your opinion.
