H1B Visa Stamp Risk

I also want to know if there is a risk of traveling to Canada or India to get my Visa stamped I have aH1B approval notice with a I-94 MY wife has a H4 and my daughter isa US Citizen, I am on my second term on my H1 but never left the US but am contemplating doing so now, I want ot go to India or Canada what ever is better. I came ot the US on a Tourist Visa in 1999

Any advice or help is appriciated

India...

if you go to canada and dont get a visa ( no US degree or previous H1 visa are points of concern ) then you are asking for trouble..since they wont let you back.
But if you go to India..it used to easier..dont know how the war will affect the consulate's attitude..but even if you are delayed in getting a visa..you are still at home not freezing in Canada !
