My status changed from F-1 to H-1B last year. But my passport's visa stamp is still F-1. Is there a way that I can get an H-1 visa stamp without leaving the US? I don't want to risk going back to my home country due to the concern of lengthy security check. Thanks!
Similar case with me besides my F1 visa is expired last year. I also wish to visit my home country but dont want to risk. I think our best bet is to wait until our GC is processed.
