H1B Visa Stamp in Family

I am in US with GC. My sister just got an H1B visa approval. She has to go for an interview in India, is that OK if she tell Visa officer (of course if they ask) and mention in the form that I have a brother in United States who is going to help me settle etc. Can they reject her on this basis.
