H1B Visa Revalidation rejection query

My H1B was revalidation was given a temporary cancellation due to a shortage in the money order. They have asked me to resend to washington. What does this mean and what are peoples experiences on the same.

Also, do we staple both the photographs to the DS-156 or send them seperately.

Please help
 
would you mind telling us when you sent the application and when you got the reply from them?.thanks
 
How amount did you send and what was the amt breakdown.

Paste one photo on DS-156 and paper clip another photo with the checklist, so that is visible.

The reply came a little late. I stapled both of them to the DS 156. Will that pose a problem?
