H1B Visa Revalidation at St. Louis with pending I1485

hi Guys

Has anybody tried to get H1B Visa Revalidation at St. Louis with pending I1485. I need to get this since I need to TRAVEL but I did not apply for AP.

Also If anyone has done this, what answers did one write to the immigrant visa related questions on OF-156??

It takes 30 - 45 days to stamp visa. You need to tell the truth, like you applied for immigrant visa etc. etc....

You can withdraw you application by sending the fax. You will get your passport back in 3-4 days. (without the visa stamp and application fees)

The renewal/extension of H1 stamp in the US is a straightforward
case. If you are in status, it will be approved with any
complications. In the questions about whether you have applied
immigration visa, you have to answer YES.

CIBA : one more question about this

Hi Ciba,
I was going to answer yes to all the immigration related questions, except for one which I don\'t know what should I say.. This is Q26 on OF-156 form

"Have you or anyone Acting on for you ever indicated to US CONSULAR or IMMIGRATION EMPLOYEE A DESIRE to IMMIGRATE to the US or have you entered a US VISA lottery? "

I will answer YES to the next 2 questions??

You have to answer that question with "yes". Anyone who applies
for I-140 has expressed an intent to immigrate.
