H1B Visa - Returning to USA, 2 Years after Stamping

I was in the US on H1B between 2004 and 2006. In early 2006, I had to return to India due family reasons.

In April 2006, I had my H1B visa extension stamped, but stayed back in India.

Now, I am planning to return to the USA next month. My old company is happy to have me back.

Would I have any issues either while entering the USA at immigration or later when I resume working ?

Is there any documentation that I need to get from my employer and carry with me ?

My Visa extension is expiring this November, but my company is ready to extend again.

Please advice.
