Hi,
I got my H1b visa renewed at Nogales on Aug 28th.:
1 ) Make sure you fill Ds-156, 157, 158 forms for u and for dependents also (I had only Ds156 and 157 and 156 for my wife , before enetring into the consulate I had to fill the remaning forms)
2) You don't need a permit to enter into Mexico, park the car on the US side and cross the border...take a cab (8$) to consulate or Bank
3) Bank opens at 9m even if u have an appoinment at 8 also it's ok, u can go to the bank and get the receipt at 9 and reach consulate at arnd 10. (I had 8 ' Oclock apponment and I reached the consulate at 10- no questions asked)
4) When did u change ur employement is the only question to me in my interview...
5) After u collect ur passport at the consulate at 3PM go to the border...be prepared to wait here for long time....
