I have an expired H1B visa 14 months ago. I am visiting India and going for renewal of H1B visa for second term. I have filed I-140 in 2008 in EB1 OR and EB2 NIW. My files have not been updated except for the receipt date. I want to know if there are are going to be any problems or issues in getting my visa stamped.
