I am from India. I need some clarity on the H1B visa filing process for the US, and this is my first H1B application. I have a job offer from a US company who is going to file a H1B visa petition for the upcoming fiscal year. Due to a client requirement, my current employer is also filing a H1B petition for the same year.
Queries:
1. Does USCIS allow my current employer and prospectus employer file the H1B petition at the same time? (Lottery for fiscal year 2026 H1B cap)
2. If my name got picked up in lottery, can both employers file the visa petition at the same time?
