I'm an Indian National. I recently got an employment offer from a company in Japan and am going to join there on a business visa. After reaching there, the company is going to process the work-permit for me.
Before this happened, I also applied for an H1B visa to the US. I made the H1B application in May'04 to get accomodated in the October'04 quota. For the October'04 quota, the stamping has already started.
My questions are:
1.Should I get my H1B stamping done before the Japan business visa?
2.How much is the risk of the US H1B visa geting rejeced because of Japan business visa/Japan work-permit?
3.How much is the risk of Japan business visa/work-permit getting rejected because of US H1B visa?
4.Which visa-stamping should preferably be got done first-US H1B or Japan business visa?
