Situation -
I have an H1B visa available on specialisation - 'Financial Quantitative Analysts' from January 2024 - Sept 2026. I am currently based in India and have never travelled to the USA. The sponsor company is currently facing issues in procuring new clients and has not been able call me to the USA because of this since past 9 months.
Opinion required on -
1. Is there a time period by when my H1B visa lapses if I don’t travel to the US on my current company's name?
2. Can my H1B visa be transferred to another sponsor company without me having to enter the lottery process again?
3. Can my new visa be issued only in the same specialisation or any specialisation is okay?
