i am currently employed full time and have a valid h1b visa sponsored by my current employer. am also an artist and would like to sell my work at some stores and galleries and online? being on an h1b visa am i legally allowed to do so. does anyone know something about this. I am serious about gettign this question answered, people who are sure about this please help me. I really feel that since by selling my art made using materials purchased in the US, i should be able to do so, and that I do not have to kill my other talents due to my being on H1b. But at the same time I want to know what is legal and what I can and cannot do. And also what would be the tax impliactions, would i need to file taxes for my art sold?
Please any help will be really appreciated.
