H1B visa & green card together

Hi,

I have following questions on H1b & green card. If anyone can help answer these to the best of their knowledge I will appreciate it.

1) I was wondering, can I try/apply for H1B visa also, if my brother has already filed my green card application?

OR

If my H1B visa petition has been filed, then can my brother file for my Green Card too while I am still awaiting H1B result?

2) While my green card application is in process, can I visit USA on my visitors visa?

3) While my green card application is in process, and my visitor visa expires, can I apply for new visitor visa?
