I was on H1B visa and then laid off. So i applied for Change of Status to B1 visa, which is approved for next 6 months. So currently i am on B1 visa in USA. Now i have canadian PR.
1) So if i find job in USA, I will definitely need H1B visa. Is fastest way to get H1B visa through premium processing without leaving USA? Or as i have canadian PR, i should goto canada and apply for H1B visa in USA consulate in Canada? Has anybody done like this? Is this good idea?
2) Does anybody know what documents needed to apply for H1B visa, either in USA or outside USA (e.g. Canada) ?
3) My wife is on F1 visa. So how comfortable to change from B1 to H1B as compared to F2 to H1b visa?
