Here is my case
I stayed in USA for 4 years with my old H1B visa. Then I went back to India and changed my employer in India and my new employer applied new H1B Visa. I also got visa stamped on my passport at Chennai India. I stayed more than one year in India with the same H1B Visa. I came to USA on OCT 2004.I changed my employer, this time they did my H1Visa transfer. My new employer's visa petition is valid till DEC 2006.Because I stayed more than 1 year in India. I would like to know whether I am going to get 6 more years of H1 Visa again or not? If not can I apply for 7th year extension of H1B Visa?
