H1B Visa extension and H4B Visa

Hello!

My wife got her H4 visa stamped. But she did not travel to USA still. I need to apply for H1 extension(7th year). Do I need to wait for her to travel to USA to apply together (H1 and H4) or I can apply now for my H1b extension and she can apply her H4 extension after she some to US? I have still 2 more months to apply. Any idea?

Hi,

Since you have two more months left over in your current H1B, I feel you can invite your wife to USA. And then once she landed you can apply together (H1 and H4).

This is my suggesstion. I dont see any visa problem here.
