have a question regarding my wife's H1B visa.
I am a F1 student in USA. My wife is presently in F2 (student’s dependant) visa and wants to do a 2 year Associate degree in "Respiratory Care Technology" , its an allied health profession. My question is will she be eligible to get a H1B visa with that much of US education, if she wants to work somewhere after her studies. In India she did a 3 year Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
