Does reporting to DOL cancel my H1B?

Hello everyone.
I have an H1B visa and I work for my empleyer for 2 years and 2 months. The petition says Marketing Analyst and salary $34000. From day ONE in the US they told me they will be paying me $25000 and gave me a ridiculous title not responding bto my background and petition - first Marketing Coordinator, later Cultural Sales Manager, now that the company is bigger I am almost nobody, the title I would use though is Sales Associate, but I only do support for one of the products they have.
October 2006 they raised my salary to $30000 after I started crying here out of my frustration.
Now my visa will expire Oct 2007 and they will not extend it, they are trying to lie to me again about changing my position but it hasn't been done for 2.2 years, so why now?
I have tried to figure out the best way to get out of this situation - the DOL said I will be sent back when I file this case with them. I am not sure about this and this is what I want to ask you. Will they terminate my visa and send me back if I file a complaint with the DOL for getting my money? Is there any way to stay here? Consider that I have been trying to get a job but I am very unlucky and I cant find any employer to agree a visa transfer.
Please, if someone knows a solution, I'd appreciate an oppinion.
Goodluck to all of youDoes reporting to DOL cancel my H1B?Does reporting to DOL cancel my H1B?
