I have been working for company A since nov-10 and they did my H1 and it started in Jan/2012.
I got an offer from company B couple of months back and accepted it and they did my H1b trf and I receive my I 797 with company B and started working there since last week.
While company B was processing my H1b trf I attended an interview for Company C and they offered me a job yesterday, since there is a huge diff in the pay I want to take the job with company C( I know ethically its not a good thing to do but company C is a big and prestigious, so don't want to give up the opportunity)
So my question- can I ask Company C to initiate H1 trf with one paycheck and I-797 from company B and old I-797 and paychecks from company A.there are no breaks in my employment history. Or do I need to wait until I get 2 pay checks from company B to initiate the H trf with company C.
My employment with company B is at will, they or me can terminate it at any time without a cause ( acc to offer letter I signed). Will there be a chance to rin into legal issues if I quit the job in 2 months?
