I have a valid h1b stamping on my passport from my previous company(I no longer work for this company). I have a h1b approval notice from my current company. I do not have my current company h1b stamping on my passport. I have a 485 in pending status (dependent)
I am travelling to india for a few weeks in june, applied for an AP. My Question(s) are:
Do I need a new h1b stamping to reenter into the US ?
I am not planning on getting my new h1b stamped on my passport during this trip. If I reenter into US with my AP, will it invalidate my H1b ?
