Hi
I am currently working with Company A. I have offers from company B,C and D and all of them are willing to do my H1B transfers.
Is it legal to do H1B transfers with more than one company at the same time and then join the company which gives the best offer ? I have not signed any paperwork with any of the companies B,C and D but have given them copies of my recent paystub and H1B approval notice of my current company i.e A to initiate the H1B transfer process.
Gurus , would appreciate some feedback
