Am currently working for company A on H1B visa expiring on Dec 2006. Company A has recently applied my labor under PERM. Meanwhile I transferred my H1B to my previous company B, because company B has my own approved labor of PD Dec 2002. Company A hasn't and won't revoke my H1B.
1. Is it illegal to work for company A after my H1B transferred to company B ?
2. Can I work for both company A and B ?
3. In next 1 week am going to apply for I-140 from company B, any problem there ?
3. If I can work for both A and B, what happens when both companies apply for extension of same H1B petition and company A files for I-140 later ?
