H1B Transfer

I am planning to transfer H1B from Company A to company B . I have already given my papers to the company B. The h1b transfer is going to be filed in the regular process which I think takes 3 -4 months. My question is if in the meanwhile I get a better offer from another company C, Can i transfer my visa using the paystubs and papers of Company A???

Do I need anything from Company B??? What are my options.??

Why not go for Premium Processing ?

Why not go for Premium Processing ? Cost a few thou bucksmore..but so far as I have heard it's well worth it. I've heard these days H1-B cases are really being dragged out ( I guess they want people to pay that extra money for premium processing)

My brother's case took what maybe about 6 painstaking months (H1B Transfer). Other friends who applied premium, were lucky. One I know got an email confirmation for case aproval in a WEEK!

BTW I suppose you are aware that as per new rules, you do not have to wait for approval to start working at Company B, you can start working as soon as your H1B transfer application is filed. Ah....ofcourse this way you run the risk that if your application is denied, you may be getting kicked out of the country.
