H1B Transfer

Hi,

I am in USA on H1B, working for a company through Indian Engineering services MNC.
I got a job offer from USA company (A) and they are going to file an H1B transfer.
I am also in discussion with other company (B) in Silicon Valley in the interview process and will take 2-3 weeks closure.
I am wondering if I got (B) offer and plan to move with them and proceed with H1B transfer. Any issue? or what is the best option to proceed with out any issues.

Wondering if i have not given clear message. Very sorry for that.

Currently in H1B status and filing a H1B transfer to A (as already received offer letter). Immigration attorney asking to upload necessary document.

I am also interviewing a company (B) and it will be over with in 2-3 weeks. Company B might offer compensation & stability & close fiend family is there in the location.

My worry is that if started H1B transfer by A, can i able to ask them to stop in midway if i plan to go with B. Any implications or suggestion from your end.
