H1B Transfer without working in US

I have an H1B Visa stamped and valid till OCT 2007 and I have never traveled to the US. Now I have changed my Employer and is it still valid to travel with the earlier H1B Visa I have.


Please let me know what my current employer has to do for a transfer.

But is it possible for my new employer to apply a H1B transfer petition based on the visa i already have and travel with the new approval and the visa i have stamped earlier.
