H1B Transfer without SSN and Paystubs

hv come to us on h1 b to a COMPANY A,still i don't hv my social security number.i have applied for that,it has been sent for immigration verification.Now this COMPANY A is a fraud company(100%) as they are not able to schedule interviews for me and hence not able to place me. I CAN WRITE A BOOK ON THEM,BUT NOT NOW. Still i am not into project and i am not getting any payment.so naturally i don't have any payslips
So i want to transfer my visa to COMPANY B(which is ready to take me).
Is it possible for h1b transfer without ssn and payslips.
if yes what are the rules pls mail me in this regard

Please help me

There is a chance for you. But you must wait until the H1 approval. Then go home to get visa.
By the time you go back, you can work.
So. Ask company B to pay extra 1K for express service (15 days or so) to get your H1 transfer.
 
Thanks for your reply. Do you mean to say that I can shift & keep working for the new company (Company B) until my H1 transfer is approved?
