H1B Transfer without PayStubs (due to no first assignment)

FirmA filed an H1B for me that is effective from the beginning of this October (2005). They have not been able to find a project for me and I am virtually on bench. So, I do not have paystubs.

Another FirmB has found me a project and is willing to do an H1 transfer.

1. In this situation can I transfer my H1 from FirmA to FirmB.
2. Does FirmA have to provide me with dummy paystubs legally even if they were not paying me.

also i am in the same situation .except the new Co wants me to join In ajn 2006 .So can i ask for a transfer from a start date of jan 2006.

cna someone transfer h1 even before coming to US

Hi!

Can someone who gets and H1 for the first time, and is still out of US, transfer H1 to another employer and come?
Does that call for getting H1 stamped again or he can come as soon as the new employer files H1 transfer.
