some body please help me.
Can I go for a H1b transfer within the first month of my 1st H1b start date?
I'm on H1b from employer A from the 29th Nov and I got a fulltime offer from employer B (the client where I'm currently working thru company A). I'm going to get my first pay stub thru company A in next couple of weeks.
I need to apply for H1 transfer before end of the year as the contract of company A with my client (company B) is going to end on 31st December.
Can I apply for H1 transfer before getting my first pay stub from Company A ?
If NO, How many pay stubs are required?
Also, Please let me know what other documents I might need to apply for H1 transfer?
