Hi
I am currently working with company A. now I have three offers from companies B, C and D recently all of whom have applied for my H1B transfers (based on my current companies pay stubs - ie. A )
Now I know we can do multiple H1B transfers . What I would like to know is how will the INS know which company I am working with currently ? I mean will it create any problems ?
I applied for H1B transfer for company B around April 2004 .
I applied for H1B transfer for company C around May 2004 .
I applied for H1B transfer for company D around May 2004 .
I am still working with company A. Now lets say I get H1B approval from all the companies ie B,C, and D. In that case can I start working on H1B for any one of them or I have to work with the company which applied and got my H1B transfer approval first ? How does the INS know which company I have to started to work with ?
I am in a fix over this so please advise .
