I have been working for the company A since Dec'2004 on my OPT. The company A applied for my H1 and it will start from Sept 1,2005.Now I have company B which is ready to transfer my H1 visa and wants me to start from Sept 1. Is it possible to switch employeers as soon as my H1 starts. Also i know that while transferring H1 we need to provide the past pay stubs which I can since I have been working for company A for last 8 months though on my OPT. Do you foresee any problems with this treansfer.
