Hi Friends,
I have a query, please help me.
I am working with company A and got an offer from company B. My H1B is transferred to the new company and i have recieved the documents. Now, I want to go to India to get stamping and also for some personal commitments. I have got the visa apppointment already.
I will be joining the new company by June last week. And so can i get stamping in chennai during June 2nd week, saying that i am going to join the new company after 2 weeks?
I have the offer letter, H1B approval notice (got using premium processing) from the company B.
Please advice me friends, I have to decide that i will be going or not within a day.
