I was on H1B since last 1-1/2 years and changed my job just a month back. My transfer has been filed but i dont have the approval yet. All I have from my current (second) employer is copy of my filing receipt and I797 approval from my first employer. I am looking to switch job to a third company. Now my question is will I need an approval of H1B from my current (second) employer so that my third employer can file my H1B. Or can I use my filing receipt from second employer for my H1 transfer to third company.
