My H1B started on dec.1, 2005. But My company run out of projects in nov., before even H1B starts. They pay me some allowance on 1st dec. & 15 dec. (Not any salary or taxable, just expense reimbursement.) so is it problem if I try to change company as officially there is on pay roll on H1B status. earlierI was on OPT.
